Justin Gordon

Justin Gordon has extensive experience in therapy services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Therapy Services at UNC Health since February 2018, where leadership is provided across multiple therapy disciplines for a six-county area. Previous roles include Clinical Manager and Therapy Services Manager, overseeing nursing operations and therapy services in North Carolina. Prior to UNC Health, positions held at Orlando Senior Health Network included Therapy Manager and Lead Therapist, managing operations and staff in skilled nursing and therapy settings. Justin began the career as a Physical Therapist at various institutions, including Jewett Orthopaedic Clinic and Nurse On Call, where responsibilities encompassed patient evaluations and care management. Justin holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies from Oakwood University.
