Malcolm Sears Jr

Malcolm Sears Jr possesses extensive experience in technology support, currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician at UNC Health since January 2022. Previously, Malcolm held the position of Lead Computer Technician at Gates County Public Schools from December 2010 to December 2021, assisting the Technology Director with technology planning and providing technical support across five schools and the Central Office. Responsibilities included the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various computer systems, software, peripherals, and wireless networks, with proficiency in Google Suite, Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS, and iOS.
