Mary Bus

Mary Bus (Winters) currently serves as the Vice President of System Affiliations & Integration at UNC Health, a position held since July 2015. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the coordination of UNC Health Care Administrative Fellowships across multiple hospital sites, driving strategic growth through partnerships, and participating in the due diligence and onboarding of new network hospitals. Additionally, Mary has taught healthcare finance as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and has previously held various roles in healthcare administration, including Administrative Fellow at UNC Health Care and positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Michigan. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan.
