Jesse Kaluka

Jesse Kaluka has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Jesse began their career as a Program Coordinator at ForgeFinder Inc in 2003. In 2004, they joined Duke University Medical Center - Pediatrics, where they held various positions, including Financial Analyst, Clinical Administrator, and Administrative Manager. In 2012, Jesse transitioned to the UNC Physicians Network as a Regional Practice Administrator and later became the Director of Operations for various practices. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Business Integration at UNC Physicians Network. Jesse has also been actively involved in professional organizations such as the North Carolina Medical Group Managers Association, where they served as a Treasurer and Piedmont Region At-Large Director. Additionally, they were the President of Triangle Medical Managers, a local chapter of the association. In the future, Jesse will also join the board of the Cary Chamber of Commerce.

Jesse Kaluka obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Liberty University, graduating in 2003. In 2007, they pursued an MBA at East Carolina University, specializing in Business Administration and Health Care Management, which they completed in 2009. Later, in 2014-2015, Jesse attended the UNC Health Care Advanced Leader Academy to further enhance their leadership skills.
