Eugene Russell

Eugene Russell is the current Director at UNC Rockingham Health Care. Prior to their current position, they were with the Town of Green Level, the Town of Danbury, and W. Eugene Russell, Attorney. Eugene also has experience with the Rockingham County Airport Authority and Rockingham County where they served as the Rockingham County Attorney from October 1987 to October 2012.

Eugene Russell graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Economics and a J.D.
