POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager with a keen eye for detail to join our rapidly expanding RIA firm. As a vital team member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and streamlining our operational procedures, guaranteeing smooth and efficient execution in various domains of the company such as client onboarding, compliance, trading, and portfolio management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive operational efficiencies and ensure consistency across all client-facing and back-office processes.

  • Optimize and manage the sales pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up on leads and prospects.

  • Operationalize and optimize client onboarding workflows, including compliance documentation, DocuSign processing, and account opening procedures.

  • Collaborate with custodial partners (e.g., Schwab, UC) to handle securities trading, portfolio rebalancing, bitcoin transactions, and account management activities.

  • Serve as a licensed series trader, responsible for executing internal trading operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate with Unchained Capital on Vault and IRA workflows, trade desk operations, and enhancing the overall client experience.

  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and scalability.

  • Manage and maintain accurate client data and records within CRM systems.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in an operational role within the financial services industry, preferably at an RIA or investment firm.
  • You have a strong understanding of investment operations, trading processes, and compliance requirements.
  • You are proficient in utilizing CRM systems and portfolio management software.
  • You have a Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, business, or a related field) or equivalent experience
  • You have a passion for financial planning
  • You have a deep understanding and passion for bitcoin
  • You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to manage details and juggle multiple priorities
  • You live in the United States

  • You have experience discussing bitcoin-related financial planning topics with clients
