Shimon Lazarov

Shimon Lazarov has an extensive work experience spanning over several years and industries. Shimon most recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Unchained starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Growth at OKX from 2020 to 2023, where they managed a significant budget and implemented various marketing strategies to drive business growth globally.

Before their role at OKX, Shimon worked at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange as the Head of Growth from 2019 to 2020. During their tenure, they led a team of growth marketers and implemented numerous strategies to expand the user base and revenue for all products across countries. Additionally, they played a crucial role in raising funds for the company based on marketing metrics and implemented an analytics stack to optimize various stages of the funnel.

Prior to this, Shimon founded and served as the CEO of LiveCoach, the largest online coaching marketplace, from 2016 to 2019. Shimon also held the position of Director of User Acquisition at 99designs from 2013 to 2016.

Shimon's career began in 2008 at AvaTrade, where they were the VP of Marketing. During their time there, they managed a team and a substantial budget, achieving significant increases in company profits and revenue. Shimon also played an important role in business development, identifying profitable partnerships in Latin America.

Prior to AvaTrade, Shimon worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2011 to 2013.
