Currently serving as the Director of Operations Fellow at Uncommon Schools since September 2023, Lounie previously held the position of Associate Director of Operations at Success Academy Charter Schools from August 2020 to June 2023, where leadership in data analysis led to significant improvements in reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
