Adriana Roche

Adriana Roche is a seasoned talent and people operations leader with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Head of Talent at Uncork Capital since October 2022, Adriana also holds positions as a Strategic Advisory Board Member at Riverside Acceleration Capital and an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners. As a founding member of CPOHQ, Adriana contributes to a community for Chief People Officers, while also being part of the product advisory board for Twine. Prior roles include Chief People Officer at MURAL, VP of People and Places at Segment, and various recruiting leadership positions at Dropbox, Salesforce, Google, and Korn Ferry. Adriana holds an MA with Honors in Organizational Psychology from New York University and a BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
