Mariana Gaida is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People at Uncover since November 2023, where strategies for talent management are developed and implemented. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture at SNACKCLUB, where Mariana established the People Management vision and implemented various HR initiatives, and HR Business Partner at Mercado Livre, focusing on talent acquisition and performance management. Mariana's extensive educational background includes postgraduate studies in Organizational and Work Psychology at USP, an MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Human Resources from FGV, and additional qualifications in corporate strategy and people analytics.
