Adalia Hiltebeitel

Adalia Hiltebeitel serves as the Associate Director of IT Client Experience at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a position held since March 2005. In this role, Adalia manages an IT helpdesk team comprising over 50 part-time student workers and more than 7 full-time staff, with around 60 individuals reporting as of August 2018. Prior positions at UNCW include Supervisor of Student Workers at the Technology Assistance Center and specialist roles providing technical support to the university community. Adalia's experience also includes serving as a Remote Access Specialist at Agere Systems, where responsibilities involved managing remote access for the company network during a corporate spin-off. Adalia holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a business option, both obtained from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
