Stefanie Anderson

Stefanie Anderson currently serves as the Associate Director of STEM Services and Outreach at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a position held since June 2010, where responsibilities include supervising a team of 28 math tutors, developing a training program, and organizing various math services while also teaching a First Year Experience course and advising 45 students. Prior to this, Stefanie worked as an Adjunct Mathematics Instructor at Gloucester County College from January 2007 to May 2010, teaching introductory courses and gaining experience with Banner. Additional roles at Gloucester County College included Teacher Assistant, where tasks ranged from tutoring and evaluating assistants to organizing academic events. Earlier in Stefanie's career, a position as an English Conversation Teacher at Amity*AEON involved teaching English to Japanese students. Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, a Master’s in Teaching, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
