Tanner Gill

Tanner Gill serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life for Learning and Engagement at the University of North Carolina Wilmington since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Community Director at Elon University and Temporary Residence Hall Director at the College of Charleston. Tanner has also been an Area Coordinator at Oberlin College and held positions as a Residence Director and MSW Practicum Student at Appalachian State University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Women's, and Sexuality Studies from the same institution. Tanner has developed expertise in residence life management and social work through a diverse range of positions in higher education.
