Derek Garman

Derek Garman has a comprehensive background in inventory optimization and operations within the sports apparel industry, currently serving as a Manager in Inventory Optimization & Sizing Operations at Under Armour since November 2013. Garman's career at Under Armour includes various management and analytical roles, demonstrating expertise in allocation and operational analytics across North America. Prior experience includes a Sustainability Internship at Comcast-Spectacor, where Garman tracked utility costs and waste management while collaborating with environmental agencies. Additionally, Garman contributed to youth sports as an Assistant Coach for the Boy's High School Basketball team at East Penn School District from 2009 to 2013. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University and an Associate of Science from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
