Javier Paredes

Javier Paredes has extensive experience in retail and operations management within the fashion industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager of DTC Operations & Partner Development for Under Armour in the EMEA region since May 2019. In this role, Javier supports the DTC Director in managing partnerships across 30 markets, focusing on operational excellence and customer experience. Prior to this position, Javier held various key roles, including Sr. Retail Owned & Partner Store Operations Manager for LATAM at Under Armour, Wholesale & Retail Store Operations Sr. Manager at BESTSELLER, and Regional - District Store Operations Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. Additionally, Javier has managed brand operations for BLANCO in the Middle East and has a strong background in expanding retail operations across Spain. Javier holds a Master's degree in Social and Politics Studies of the European Union from the University of Westminster and a degree in Business Administration and International Trade from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
