Jeffrey Oguamanam

Jeffrey Oguamanam possesses extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sports industry, currently serving as the Senior Lead of Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Under Armour since September 2012. Prior roles at Under Armour include Lead Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Lead Producer, as well as co-chairing the UA Black Employee Resource Group. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Gatorade Brand Ambassador at PepsiCo, where participation in significant events such as the Nike Global Challenge occurred, as well as internships in business operations and sports programming. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland and a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
