Kacey Mastalski

Kacey Mastalski is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the sporting goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Wholesale Sales for Dick’s Sporting Goods at Under Armour since November 2025, Kacey holds a membership with the Women in Retail Leadership Circle as of April 2023. Prior roles include Sales Director for the Sporting Goods Channel at HEYDUDE from July 2023 to October 2025, and Director of Sales for the Specialty Channel at Implus from January 2022 to July 2023. Kacey's background also includes positions as Key Account Manager at Reebok focusing on both apparel and footwear from 2014 to January 2022, and a range of sales roles at Luxottica Group. Kacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 2008.
