Mike Young

Mike Young has extensive experience in both sports management and retail operations. Currently serving as Commissioner of Under the Lights Flag Football since September 2020, Mike oversees a national youth league focused on promoting a competitive and confidence-building environment for children in 1st-8th grade. As the Owner of FAST Sports Camp since July 2010, Mike is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable after-school program in Wilmington, NC. Previous roles include District Sales Manager/Regional Director at A Wireless, Director of Operations at Goldrush Stores, District Manager at Verizon Wireless, and Store Manager at Alltel, where Mike demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills across various teams and locations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
