Crista Miller

Crista Miller has held a variety of roles in the customer success and project management fields since 2015. Crista began their career as a Technical Project Manager, Telephony Operations at Dialpad in 2015, where they also served as Manager, Customer Support Operations. In 2018, they became Manager, Customer Success at both Heymarket and Sendoso. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager, Email Marketing & Wine E-Commerce Merchandising and Project Management Consultant at Underground Cellar and imgix, respectively. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the Advisory Board Member of the Women in Leadership Executive Program at the University of California, Santa Barbara PaCE.

Crista Miller has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from Boise State University in Business, Innovation, and Design and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sonoma State University in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, which they will complete in 2024. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics from Google in 2021, Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2021, Google Ads Search Certification from Google in 2021, Project Coordinator Certification from Project Management Institute, Project Manager Foundations from Project Management Institute, and QPR Gatekeeping from QPR Institute.
