Jennifer Shoemaker is the Vice President of Special Projects & Analysis at Underground Cellar, a leading wine e-commerce company. This included all aspects of taking in and sharing the voice of the customer (including our recently formed Patient and Family Advisory Council), staff education on service excellence and empathy, managing the patient relations functions, including complaints and grievances, and leading improvement initiatives designed to improve the patient experience within our care settings. Settings include: Inpatient, Center's for Primary Care, Same Day Surgery, Specialty Practices, Emergency Dept, Home Healthcare and Hospice. Jennifer was with NorthBay for 4 years and 7 months.
