Jennifer Shoemaker

Jennifer Shoemaker is the Vice President of Special Projects & Analysis at Underground Cellar, a leading wine e-commerce company. Jennifer has been with the company for 2 years and 8 months, and in that time they have helped to change the way wine is bought and sold in the $70B consumer US wine market through ‘gamification’. UC provides a unique and exciting experience that gives wine buyers a great value by using upgrades instead of discounts. Wine sellers love Underground Cellar too as it allows them to quickly sell bottles while protecting their brand. UC features new expertly curated wine deals every day.

Prior to their work at Underground Cellar, Jennifer was the Patient Experience Program Manager at NorthBay Healthcare, where they managed the Patient Experience Program and metrics. This included all aspects of taking in and sharing the voice of the customer (including our recently formed Patient and Family Advisory Council), staff education on service excellence and empathy, managing the patient relations functions, including complaints and grievances, and leading improvement initiatives designed to improve the patient experience within our care settings. Settings include: Inpatient, Center's for Primary Care, Same Day Surgery, Specialty Practices, Emergency Dept, Home Healthcare and Hospice. Jennifer was with NorthBay for 4 years and 7 months.
