Jennifer Shoemaker, PMP, CPXP, WSET II has over 20 years of experience in the fields of operations, project management, change leadership, marketing communications, and patient experience.

In 2019, they joined Underground Cellar as Vice President, Special Projects & Analysis, where they are responsible for changing the way wine is bought and sold in the US market.

From 2013 to 2015, they were a consultant and from 2013 to 2019, they were a Founding Team Member and VP of Operations at Underground Cellar.

From 2001 to 2013, they held various roles at McKesson, including Sr. Business Relationship Manager, Sr. Project Manager/Change Lead, and Director, Marketing Communications/IT Liaison.

In 1999, they were Manager Strategic Projects at more.com and from 1996 to 1999, they were National Marketing Manager-Independent Pharmacy Co-op at McKesson.

Jennifer Shoemaker, PMP, CPXP, WSET II, has an educational background in management. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix in 1990. In 2003, they attended the University of California, Berkeley for Project Management. In 2005, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification from the Patient Experience Institute. Additionally, they have a Wine and Spirits Education Trust Level II certification.
