Kelsey Mackendorf is the current head of customer experience at Underground Cellar. Kelsey has also held the position of head of customer service at Gobble and senior manager of customer support at Bungalow. Prior to their work in the customer service industry, Kelsey worked as the head of community at Din and as a community advocate at Good Eggs. Kelsey has a passion for helping others and ensuring that they have a positive experience.
