Previously, Carly held the position of Head of Guest Experience & Community at Mitie from July 2024 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes a role as Global Events Marketing Manager at AJW Group, where Carly oversaw a dynamic global events calendar and elevated brand identity through strategic event planning. Over a span of nearly eight years at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, Carly progressed from Events Manager to Head of Guest Experience, leading various initiatives related to guest activities, communications, and partnerships. Carly began event management career as an Event Manager at Grounded Events Company, focusing on the development and execution of Electric Run events within the UK.
