Niki Cicak's work experience includes:

- Director of Community Engagement at Underline since June 2023.

- Owner of Day Lily Salon and Spa since October 2011.

- Business Owner of Cicak Concierge Coaching since April 2022.

- Campaign Manager at Yemi For Mayor from December 2022 to June 2023. Responsibilities included overseeing and managing multiple teams, crisis management, budget and fundraising management, event planning, volunteer management, team building, and infrastructure development.

- Alpha Leadership Member at Achieve Systems from August 2019 to August 2022.

- Executive Director of Mac Cicak Memorial Foundation from January 2017 to April 2022. The foundation focused on supporting first responders through grant programs and resources.

- Coordinator at Fire Foundation of Colorado Springs from April 2018 to February 2022. Responsibilities included bridging the gap between budget allowances and actual needs of the Colorado Springs Fire Department.

Niki Cicak holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Philanthropy and Development from St Mary's University, Minnesota. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Disorders - Speech Pathology and a separate Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Disorders - Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to their bachelor's degrees, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Pikes Peak State College.
