William Novak has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. William currently serves as an Associate Creative Director at Understood, where they started in 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Copywriter at Understood from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Understood, William worked as a Freelance Sr. Copywriter and Video Content Creator at Droga5 since 2014. William also has experience as a Sr. Copywriter and Video Editor at SapientRazorfish from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, William has worked in various freelance and teaching roles at Miami Ad School, MRY, Teq, BizSaves.Com, The Vladar Company, and iProduction Studio. William'sexperience includes copywriting, video production, editing, and creative operations. William also undertook a documentary project as a Filmmaker, Director, Writer, and Editor, exploring the minds of advertising creatives.

William Novak attended State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 2007, they enrolled at Adhouse and studied Advertising until 2009. During this time, they also attended the School of Visual Arts in 2008 for further studies in Advertising.
