Traci Phipps

Traci Phipps is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience at Underwood Law Firm, where Traci has served as a Shareholder, Associate, and Law Clerk since May 2017. Prior to this role, Traci was a Staff Member for the Texas A&M Law Review from August 2017 to December 2018. Traci's professional background also includes significant experience in management and accounting, having worked as a Joint Venture Relationship Manager for Fresenius Medical Care from April 2010 to April 2017, a Supervising Senior Accountant at Fossil Watches from December 2006 to April 2010, and an Accounting Supervisor at Rent-A-Center from April 2004 to December 2006. Traci holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Texas A&M University School of Law, a Master's Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University.
