Erin Noonan

Erin Noonan is a dedicated policy specialist with extensive experience in gender equality, currently serving as a Policy Specialist at UNDP since January 2023. In September 2023, Erin transitioned to the role of Gender Equality Programme Specialist within the Arab States region of UNDP, following a prior position as a Gender Equality Analyst from June 2017 to September 2022. Previous roles include working as an International Consultant and Communications Specialist for Harvard Kennedy School's Women and Public Policy Program, along with research and archival positions at ACIJ Asociación Civil por la Igualdad y la Justicia and The New School. Erin's career began in content management with Same Sky Foundation, supporting initiatives for women's education and empowerment. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Culture/Communications from New York University and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from The New School, complemented by studies at The American University of Paris and NYU Madrid.
