Hugo Isaak

Hugo Isaak, Ph.D., currently serves as the General Urban International Coordinator at UNDP within the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Mexico since September 2021. As the CEO and Founder of GOV4U since September 2018, Hugo Isaak champions the integration of information technology into governance for future transformation. Previous roles include Technical Secretary for the Housing Commission in the Senate, focusing on enhancing the legal framework for national housing policy, and Senior Manager of Real Estate Development at INFONAVIT from July 2013 to August 2015, where strategic development and project management were key responsibilities. Additional experience spans advising on public safety in Chiapas and leading environmental programs in Mexico City. Hugo Isaak holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Universidad Anáhuac, a Master's in Public Administration from INAP, and an engineering degree in architecture from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
