Ibrahima Gueye

Ibrahima Gueye has extensive experience in financial management within the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) since June 2010, currently serving as a Programme Specialist overseeing the Programme Compliance, Oversight and Monitoring unit. Notably, Ibrahima has held various key positions, including Basket Fund Manager, where responsibilities included managing an $80 million multi-donor funding project, and Finance Specialist in the Office of Finance and Resources Management. Ibrahima has played a crucial role in managing Global Fund grants as a Finance Manager and Finance Analyst, ensuring effective financial and programme management for the initiative to combat AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria. Prior to UNDP, Ibrahima worked as a Junior Financial Controller at Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on budget and asset management. Ibrahima holds an MBA in Auditing and Management Accounting from the Paris School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Bank and Insurance from sup de co.
