Jonathan Zigrand

Jonathan Zigrand is a Chief of Strategy & Planning at the UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across international organizations and the United Nations. They have held various roles in Country Offices, Regional Hubs, and Headquarters, with practical involvement in fragile and conflict-affected settings. Jonathan previously worked as a Programme Management Officer for Human Security at the United Nations, a Senior Associate at Europe Conflict and Security Consulting Ltd., and a Campaign and Research Assistant at Crisis Action, among other positions. They hold a Bachelor in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles, a Master in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent, and an additional Diploma in Conflict Prevention from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
