Max Talanov is an accomplished consultant currently working with UNDP since June 2024 and serves as a Senior Research Associate at The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia since December 2022, focusing on scientific projects, research publishing, and grant management. Previously, Max held the position of Chief Research Officer at Ant Robotics and has been a Docent at Kazan Federal University, overseeing multidisciplinary research in the fields of neurosimulation and neuromorphic computing, while also managing a neuromorphic computing and neurosimulation laboratory. Max founded B-Rain Labs LLC, where responsibilities included managing publication and research policy. Additional roles include Deputy Director for Science at ITIS Kazan Federal University and lecturer positions at several institutions, including Innopolis University, with a focus on software design and affective computation. Max has extensive experience as a software design architect at Fujitsu and has a PhD in Math Modelling of Electromagnetic Fields in Plasma from Kazan State Technological University.
