Patricia Holly Purcell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nature, climate, and energy initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Adviser at UNDP since April 2020, Patricia has held pivotal roles across various organizations, including as a Private Sector Specialist at UNDP and Co-founder of the OECD Expert Group on Investing in the SDGs. Prior experiences include leadership positions at the United Nations Global Compact and UN-Habitat, where Patricia contributed significantly as an Adviser to the Executive Director and Head of Partnerships. Additionally, roles at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and in commercial sustainability at Willis highlight a diverse skill set in environmental communication and strategic advising. Currently pursuing studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Patricia also holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of York.
