María Almansa Lara

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro (2017-2019), practice as a nutritionist in a private clinic (2016-2019), and teaching applied mathematics and food history at a vocational training school (2016-2017). Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
