Nicolás Villegas Echavarría

Nicolás Villegas Echavarría has held various positions since 2016. In 2016, they were the Leader of the Electrical and Control Team at Hydrómetra, where they developed and improved telemetry, control, and communication systems, as well as created mathematical models to evaluate the performance of a high-efficiency electric boat. Nicolás also obtained the Innovation Award at the 2018 Hydrocontest in Saint-Tropez, France. Nicolás was also an Integrant of the Electrical and Control Team. In 2017, they were a Board Member and CTO at Solenium, as well as a Tutor at Tutor.com. In 2018, they were the CTO at Unergy.

Nicolás Villegas Echavarría attended the Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2014 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Ingeniería de Control. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications, AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in April 2020, and Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera in December 2017.
