Ammar has a diverse range of work experience as a Director of Photography and Content Editor. Ammar has worked for several companies, including Norient, UNESCO, Rooter.gg, Forbidden Foods (BRB Popped Chips), Josh Talks, JCB Literature Foundation, Purani Dilli Talkies, Centre for Media and Alternative Communication, PlanetSpark, and AIC-JNUFI & NITI AYOG. Their roles typically involved overseeing photography and cinematography for various projects.

Ammar completed their high school education at Cambridge School Srinivaspuri from the year 2010 to 2017. Ammar then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Political Science from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are enrolled in Jamia Millia Islamia, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Development Communication from 2020 to 2022.
