Ayoub Ait Atman

Ayoub Ait Atman is a Consultant for Impact Investment in Sport at UNESCO, beginning in January 2024, focusing on strategies to leverage impact investment within the framework of the Fit for Life initiative. Concurrently, Ayoub serves as a Visiting Lecturer at ENCG Agadir, teaching subjects including Sports Economics and Business Models of Sports Organizations. Previously, Ayoub held the position of Director of the Work First Department at TIBU Maroc, leading programs aimed at youth employment integration through sports. Additional experience includes work as an Advisor to the President at TIBU Maroc and internships at Attijariwafa bank, Bank Of Africa, SAHAM Assurance, Marsa Maroc, and ONEE-Branche Eau. Ayoub holds a PhD in Management Economics from ENCG Agadir and a Master's degree in Banking Finance from Université Internationale d'Agadir.
