Massimiliano Lombardo is an experienced Programme Specialist at UNESCO, focusing on initiatives for Small Island Developing States (SIDS) since June 2016, particularly in the Pacific region. With a strong background in environmental management and sustainable development, Massimiliano has held various roles, including Senior Environment Officer at UNESCO Brasilia and International Development Adviser for the UK Department for International Development.
