Taylor Cox, CPA

Taylor Cox, CPA has a wealth of work experience, beginning with self-employed landscaping in 2001. In 2011, they served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Dominican Republic, where they developed planning, socializing, study habits, leadership roles, and service skills, as well as Spanish language skills. In 2013, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative for CLEARLINK. Taylor then worked as a Teller at Wells Fargo in 2014, followed by a Sales Representative role at Alliance Health, LLC in 2015. In the same year, they also started Brothers Lawn Care, where they worked as a Landscaper/Owner. In 2016, they were an Accountant and Client Success Senior Associate at KPMG Spark, followed by an Assurance Intern role at EY in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Assurance Associate at EY, and is currently the Director of Finance and Accounting at UNest.

Taylor Cox, CPA holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah Graduate School, obtained in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they completed in 2017. Taylor also holds a Letter of Completion in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College, which they obtained in 2014. Taylor's educational background is rounded out by a High School Diploma from Olympus High School, which they received in 2011. In addition, they hold a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Utah Department of Commerce, which they obtained in September 2019.
