Rossana Creo

First Vice President, Strategic Planning at UNFCU

Rossana Creo has a diverse work experience starting as an Intern at the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe in 1997. Rossana then served as an Administrative/Marketing Assistant at IC&A, Inc./Atelier de Limoges before joining UNFCU in 2000. At UNFCU, Rossana held various roles, including Member Service Representative, Executive Assistant, Executive Support Analyst, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and currently, First Vice President of Strategic Planning. Throughout their time at UNFCU, they demonstrated leadership skills, conducted research and analysis, and built strong relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Rossana Creo completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations with a minor in French from Boston University in 1999. Rossana then pursued a Master's Degree in International Political Economy and Development with a concentration in International Business and Finance from Fordham University, graduating in 2004. In 2018, they participated in the Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Executive Education on Globalization at Columbia Business School. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed the Disruptive Strategy program with Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they hold certifications including Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and Strategic Planning Professional (SPP) and other related certificates.
