Jason Berk has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to present. Jason began as an Entertainment Attorney at Roberts Ritholz Levy Sanders Chidekel & Fields from 2001 to 2003. Jason then co-founded JN Media, a creative agency specializing in lifestyle marketing and pop culture, where they worked from 2003 to 2010.

From 2013 to 2016, Jason worked as the Vice President of Digital Marketing at InSync PLUS, overseeing the entire digital department and managing resources, budgets, and business development strategies. In 2016, they co-founded Level27, Inc. and served as a Co-Founder until 2018.

Jason joined SID LEE in 2018 as the Head of Social and Digital, where they worked until 2022. Jason then joined Unfold Agency as the Head of Social, leading a department of over 50 professionals and actively involved in all aspects of the team's social practices, including organic, paid, and performance strategies. Their focus at Unfold Agency includes operational leadership and driving business and client growth beyond the company's established position in entertainment marketing.

Jason Berk attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 1996 to 1999. Jason obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they studied at the University of Miami and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree.
