Alessandro Caliandro

Alessandro Caliandro is an experienced professional in the fields of UX, design, and accessibility. Currently serving as the Director of Experience & Accessibility at UNGUESS since January 2022, Alessandro also holds the position of Country Manager for Italy at the Interaction Design Foundation, facilitating local group activities. As a co-founder of Labora and founder/admin of UX/UI Designer Italia, Alessandro demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, Alessandro lectures a UX Research Masterclass at Talent Garden and acts as an ambassador at Architecta. Experience as a design mentor spans various organizations, including adplist.org and Springboard. Alessandro holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Design from Istituto Europeo di Design and multiple degrees from Università di Pavia, including a Laurea specialistica in Modern and Contemporary European History and a Laurea in Political Science.
