Abdoul Azizou Hamza

Abdoul Azizou HAMZA is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in community protection and juvenile justice. Currently serving as an Assistant Community Based Protection Officer and RSD Associate at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency since June 2016, Abdoul has also held the position of Senior Protection Associate (child). Concurrently, Abdoul works as a Juge des mineurs du 1er Cabinet at Tribunal de Grande Instance Hors Classe de Niamey since September 2018. Additionally, Abdoul has been a Magistrat at the Ministere de la Justice Niger since May 2012. Academically, Abdoul holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Abdou Moumouni University, Niamey, obtained in 2008, and a Magistrate degree in Law from the Nigerien School for Administration and Judiciary (ENAM), completed in 2012.
