Conor O'Neill has an extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Conor worked as the Head of Service (Accounts) at UNHCR starting from June 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Finance Policy Expert at IAEA from June 2011 to May 2016. Conor also served as the Head of Controlling at Verbund International GmbH from April 2008 to April 2011. Before that, they held the position of CFO Europe at Modine Europe GmbH from April 2004 to March 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Finance Director & Corporate Controller at Magna International from October 1998 to March 2004. Conor started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor in various locations including Ireland, Greece, and Italy, from October 1988 to November 1993.

Conor O'Neill completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at University College Dublin from 1984 to 1988, with a focus on Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Business. Conor then pursued a Master of Business Studies in Banking & Finance at University College Dublin from 1987 to 1988. Conor went on to obtain the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland in 1992.
