David Mondorf

David Mondorf is an Associate WASH, Energy & Environment Officer at UNHCR, responsible for climate action in the East Africa region and possesses a strong background in environmental engineering. With experience at various organizations including the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and UNICEF, David has contributed to water resource management projects and humanitarian WASH initiatives across regions such as Central Africa and Jordan. Previous roles include technical support and project management at GIZ in Zambia and Uganda, and internships focused on water resources and emissions trading at German governmental bodies and KPMG. David holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science from RWTH Aachen University.
