Frederik Bordon

Frederik Bordon is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate External Relations Officer for Belgium and Luxembourg at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, since March 2019. In this role, Frederik is responsible for informing and engaging the public about UNHCR's initiatives, organizing events in collaboration with NGOs and private-sector organizations. Prior to this position, Frederik worked as a Team Assistant at the United Nations Regional Information Centre (UNRIC) from December 2009 to February 2019, where responsibilities included project management, coordinating outreach activities, and assisting the Director with daily office management. Frederik holds a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from KU Leuven and another Master's degree in English and German Literature and Linguistics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
