M.D. Saifur Rahman

Md Saifur Rahman currently serves as a Programme Associate at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where responsibilities include assessing and analyzing the needs of persons of concern using an Age, Gender and Diversity perspective. Prior to this role, Md Saifur worked as a Program Officer for the AHP Bangladesh Consortium Management Unit at CARE, managing project expenditures to ensure transparency and adherence to budget targets. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive in Administration at PDS Limited, assisting in administrative tasks, and as an Admin Officer at MK Apparels Limited, where supervision of the visual management system was a key responsibility. Md Saifur holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals and another Master's in English from National University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English and various secondary educational qualifications in business studies.
