Rabia Sultan

Rabia Sultan is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in humanitarian work and community mobilization. Currently serving as a Roving Social Worker at the International Medical Corps since February 2023, Rabia has previously held key positions including Training Consultant at CARE, Repatriation Assistant with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, and Research Associate at the International Rescue Committee. Rabia's expertise encompasses data collection, analysis, and community organization, demonstrated during roles at the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations Development Program. Rabia has also contributed to women's rights initiatives at Shirkat Gah and conducted research with the National Institute of Population Studies, showcasing a strong commitment to advocacy and social development across various sectors.
