Bert Henry-Luc Cyr

Bert Henry-Luc Cyr has extensive experience in executive leadership, legal counsel, and board governance. As the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Creek Capital since November 2011, Bert oversees private equity investments and asset management, with a focus on strategic growth. In addition to this role, Bert serves as a Director on the Board of UNI Financial Cooperation, Chairperson of the Mental Health Review Board - New Brunswick, and Vice Chair of the New Brunswick Appeal Board on Teacher Certification. Previous positions include legal consultancy roles at J.D. Irving, Limited and Argonaut Gold Inc., along with significant contributions to various boards, including WorkSafeNB as Director representing employers. Bert's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Université de Moncton and a Chartered Investment Manager designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
