Cphr Mario G. Patenaude

Mario G. Patenaude, CPHR, has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and talent management. Mario G. is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Management at UNI Financial Cooperation since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at RSM Canada as the Director of Management Consulting and National Practice Leader - People & Organization from November 2018 to May 2020. Before RSM Canada, they held the position of Vice President of People Performance Advisory at Collins Barrow, which was later acquired by RSM, from July 2017 to October 2018.
