Dagmar Kollmann

Dagmar Kollmann has been a member of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s Supervisory Board since April 23, 2014 and a member its Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee since January 2015. She is currently Commissioner of the Monopolies Commission in Germany; Chair of the Supervisory Board of Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG; member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Telekom AG and Chair of its Audit Committee; a non-executive director of Coca-Cola European Partners plc ; and a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Paysafe Limited. She is the former Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board of HRE Holding AG and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG; and former Supervisory Board member of Bank Gutmann AG and KfW IPEX Gmbh.
